BOOK REVIEW:
A Guide to Hand Tools and Methods by David Charlesworth
Review by
J. Norman Reid Delaplane, VA This brief (144 pages) guide to hand tools is a gem. Drawing on David Charlesworth's 30-plus years of experience as a cabinetmaker, it contains much valuable information I've not seen anywhere else. Unlike some other hand tool treatments, it's not encyclopedic but focuses on selected and especially important tools. What sets it apart from other hand tool books is Charlesworth's opinionated stance. CLICK HERE to read more:

latest new Web TV episode WOOD SLICER Testimonial
I had to tell you how pleased I am with this saw blade. I was skeptical but also hopeful. This saw blade is as good as you claim. I resaw wood for my scroll saw projects and have had a difficult time in the past trying to sand out the back side. I used hard maple for my first test and was impressed. It only needed a light sanding. Thank you again.
