Here's My Woodworking!

I've been working with wood all my life as a hobby and my own remodeling. I've also restored antique cars as a hobby. The picture above is of my 1930 Model A Ford Huckster Wagon, for which I rebuilt the body. When I bought it, it was just a rusted frame, cowl and fenders. I decided to combine my two hobbies and build a wooden body. The wood is red oak that was rough cut lumber which I planed down using power and hand planes. I used a router on the reveals. I had no real plans to go by but found pictures and some dimensions online.
My Dad taught me carpentry at a young age. I was told that when he was building our house while I was about 2 years old he would babysit me while working. One time I found a hammer to play with and I would try to pound nails in the floor. Growing up he taught me a lot about building with wood. Even though I didn't pursue a career in building I've always had a passion for woodworking. I've remodeled houses, built a three car garage and numerous sheds.
I am by no means a super great woodworker. I hardly ever work from plans but I have the ability to picture something in my mind and just build it. I also sketch and take measurements.
