Nick and his colleagues at the Would Works nonprofit organization are using woodworking as a way to help disadvantaged young people who've been struggling. For over 12 years Would Works has provided job training, employment, and a healing community for people experiencing employment barriers and housing instability in LA who said "I WOULD WORK IF I COULD."
