Narex Stout blades maintain their full profile along their length & through the steel ferrule at the bolster. European beech handles with ovate shape (1-5/16" in dia.) are easy to grip & won't roll off your bench. A steel ferrule at the butt end will help keep the handle intact during heavy use. Factory ground bevel is approximately 25°. Hone before use and/or add a steeper mini-bevel for increased edge durability cutting tough woods. OAL 11".
